    The Mitsubishi Motors Assistance Package (MAP) is designed to enhance your Mitsubishi ownership experience, providing you with peace-of-mind motoring. This package has been tailored to ensure that there is minimal disruption to you and your passengers should you ever experience a problem with your vehicle.

    Should you ever need assistance while at home or in 30 countries throughout Europe due to theft, breakdown, accident or vandalism MAP has you covered. While it is our hope that you never need to utilise this service it is additional peace-of-mind during your Mitsubishi ownership.

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

    MAP covers you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year throughout Europe* for the first 5 Years of your Mitsubishi’s life with no mileage limitations. Just call the number on your MAP card (supplied at Handover and also featured on inside front windscreen) – the problem will be fixed on the spot, or if the issue is more serious your car will be taken to your nearest Mitsubishi dealership and you’ll be offered services such as a hotel, a replacement car and vehicle repatriation.
